The M.Tech Degree Programmes in Computer Science and Information Systems is offered by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. M.Tech in Communication Engineering is offered by the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering and M.Tech in Power Electronics & Power Systems by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. M. Tech in Computer Integrated Manufacturung will be offered by Department of Mechanical Engineering.

The courses leading to the degree of Master of Technology will span a period of four semesters (2 Years). The span of a semester will be six months including the university examination. The curriculum comprises a full time course of study as per the scheme and syllabi approved by M G University. The students have to undertake a suitable project work in consultation with the concerned Department and submit the project report at the end of respective semesters, on or before the dates announced by the College/Department.
