Dr. K S M Panicker, M.Sc Engg, Ph.D(IIT-D) 

Dr. K S M Panicker, is the Principal of Federal Institute of Science and Technology, Angamaly. After graduation in Electrical Engineering from REC, Calicut and Post Graduation from College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, he has joined NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad in 1974, as a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering. He was awarded Ph D from IIT, Delhi in 1986, based on his research on microcomputer application for a control application. He has worked as, Professor of Electronics and communication engineering during 1990 to 1994. Dr. Panicker worked as Principal in Govt. Model Engineering College, Ernakulam, N S S College of Engineering, Palakkad and Federal Institute of Science and Technology, Angamaly. He has also worked as Professor and head of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, European University at Lefke, North Cuprus, during 2008 - 2009. He has over 40 years of academic and administrative experience.

Dr. Panicker is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India), Fellow of Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers and Fellow of Global Strategic Management Inc., U S A. He is member of IEEE, USA and life member of ISTE, New Delhi. He has published over 40 papers in Journals and Conferences at International and National level.
